1. How to request account deletion

Send an email to mothlumestudio@gmail.com using the subject Chromatica Account Deletion.

Whenever possible, send the request from the email address associated with your Chromatica account. If necessary, we may ask you to verify that you are the owner of the account before completing the deletion.

2. What will be deleted

When an account deletion request is completed, we will delete or anonymise personal data associated with the Chromatica account.

• Your Chromatica authentication account.
• Your account identifier.
• Your email address associated with Chromatica.
• Your stored paint collection.
• Your favourites.
• Your preferences.
• Other application data linked to your Chromatica account.

3. Google or Facebook accounts

Deleting your Chromatica account does not delete your Google or Facebook account. If you used Google or Facebook to sign in, you may also revoke Chromatica's access through the account settings provided by that authentication provider.

4. Information that may be retained

Limited information may be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or compliance with legal obligations.
